This post is going to be a post of mini posts: a bunch of stuff that I was meaning to post individually, but never got around to it until now. So let's begin:
Snow
So here is one more picture of when it snowed here. This was at 11pm out our front window.
Clean vs. Messy
Anne and Katie cleaned their room the other day, look at how nice it looks. Look a bit closer, does something seem not quite right? Like, where are the pillows, comforters, the Noah's ark worth of stuffed animals that usually reside on the beds?
Now take a look at Megan and Ryan's room next door. . . I found all the stuff that was missing from Anne and Katie's room!
Another example of clean vs. messy. Ok, I can't seem to get a picture of him clean, so here he is enjoying his spaghetti. Messy! He's all boy, that's all I can say.
Homeschool
This is week three of our new homeschool group. Kids are still smiling, so that is encouraging! I look back on these families whom I have known for a relatively short time, and am so filled with how they have blessed our family and become so dear to us!
Isn't she adorable! I know I'm bias because I'm mom, but come one! |
Katie is sharing her original poem about painting. The girl loves to paint! |
Ryan Lee sharing with us his original poem about making waffles. Sounds Yummy to me! |
More sweetness! Sisters, Sadie and Annie listen intently. |
And more cuteness! Kaelli, you are so sweet! |
Here they are working hard at their rhyming couplets. Anne and Sadie have become pretty tight buds in a short time. |
Ella and Mom coming up with a literary creation. |
("thanks mom for making sure my eyes match my shirt") Another sweetie! She is going to be 8 this summer. It can't be! |
