Ok, so where have I been. . .Our computer motherboard is getting cranky and does not let go of our pictures, so I have not been able to upload pictures. We bought a new computer, and Phil is in the process of downloading files and setting up an operating system and other things I have no idea what. So until that is done, no pictures.
But that doesn't stop me from using words--ok, it has until now. Moving on. . .
This past weekend some friends of ours launched a new ministry to the Portland area called the Guardian project. This project is raising funds for a mobile ultrasound vehicle that will go around downtown Portland and give free ultrasounds to expectant mothers. Research shows that upward of 90% of pregnant women who see their babies (in an unwanted pregnancy) choose to keep their babies instead of aborting them. So if this ministry tugs at your heart check out www.theguardianproject.org . Run. Pray. Give. Check it out!
And when you check it out, remember that I, who hates running, am going to be running with the rest of my family in the race--probably the 5k, but Anne is pushing for the 10K.
