Our little monkey

 

Three little monkeys jumping on the bed (bunk bed-top of course), one fell (jumped) off and bumped her ankle.  Momma took her next door to the ER nurse and the ER nurse said "Hmmm, that doesn't look good . . .

This is little monkey #2 who did not jump off the bed

Hopefully she learned her lesson this time!

 A little back story to this: When Katie was about 2 and we moved the girls into bunk beds, we as parents said "DO NOT JUMP OFF THE TOP BUNK!"  About a year later I heard a loud thump and a cry.  I went running into the room to find Katie on the floor amid a big pile of pillows.  I picked her up found she was ok, and said "What did you learn from this?"  And she answered in all sincerity : "I need more pillows!"


This little monkey was not jumping on the bed, but just to make life more interesting on the same day that Katie broke her ankle, this one slipped going down the front steps and went head over heals down the cement steps!
