Before kids it would take just a minute or two to get in the car and leave when we wanted to get some where. Now I need to head to the car a full 15 minutes at least in order to leave on time. And then there are days like this: we need to leave at said time for ballet. 15 minutes before I start getting socks and shoes and sometimes hair brushed. Megan is going to ballet on this day and I have her dressed and hair done and warm clothes on because it is getting colder now and I don't want her running from car to studio in tights and leo,
Mom: "Come get your shoes on!" A general call for all the troops to head to the shoe basket and dig out shoes to put on.
And here comes Megs:
Mom: "Come get your shoes on!" A general call for all the troops to head to the shoe basket and dig out shoes to put on.
And here comes Megs:
"I'm a Star!"
Megan: "Momma, I'm a star!"
Mom: "Yes, you are!"
And that is how getting shoes on turned into a photo shoot.
Two more stars needed to get in on the photo action.
Really guys, we are leaving for ballet! What a bunch of hams.
And for those who want to see (Mainly Grandparents and proud Aunties and Uncles)
This is what she looks like at her "Fairy Ballet"
Megan in Pixie Hollow outfit. Never seen the movie, but she loves the class.
