Six!!

Please someone tell me that she didn't just do this. . .She did!  She turned 6!  My baby girl is 6, she will be in the first grade next year.  She is starting to read and figure math problems.  What happened to my baby who was just learning the alphabet and numbers?
Queue the music please: "If I could turn back time. . ."

Ok, not really.  While I miss the sweet snuggles of the baby and toddler and preschooler stages, it is so fun to watch her develop this past year into a young lady.  She is strong willed, not unlike her siblings. Most of the time she is easy going and compliant, but when she decides to set her mind to something, watch out, she is a force to be reckoned with.  Also she is very sensitive to others and loves to pray for others.   She is very good at analyzing I have found out this year, and problem solving.  She played Scotland Yard as her own player this year, with out help!  She loves to dance and play mommy.  She LOVES to sing.  And we have loved watching her grow into the little lady God has planned.

 A princess theme of course!
(that's pink lemonade frosting, folks)
So many friends who love Megan and are around on Memorial Day Weekend.

Fun foam sticker and paper plate crafts.

And of course presents!

Happy Birthday Megan!

(And you too, Mom! Today is Mom's Birthday.  Coincidence, that I post about Megan's birthday in May on Mom's birthday in June! Don't worry, I won't post how old you are :-)
